No, it’s not a mutiny. It’s an opportunity for youth ministries to share their vision and energy with you! So, each month, a local youth pastor commandeers the radio station for 4 hours, playing whatever he, she (or their youth group members) want. You’ll hear devotions, get the scuttle on local youth ministries, and have a great time!

You can catch the show on the first Tuesday night of each month on from 7-9pm!

How did the Youth Pastor Takeover begin? It started in 2008 with Brent Bailey and Keith Nachbor. They’re the youth pastors of Axis Youth Ministries at Rhema Bible Church. The next month, Joseph Kellogg from The Assembly at Broken Arrow manned the ship... and the show has became a monthly feature on KXOJ.
