Stephens Media Group is continually seeking qualified applicants for a variety of positions within our companies. The following are currently accepting applications:

Director of Web/Video Developer: Successful candidates will have experience developing web sites and content as well as strong skills in video production. Please send resume, references and examples of your work to pd@kxoj.com.

On Air/Production: From time to time we add to our air staff on either a part or full time basis. These are entry level positions that require flexible hours and may be on-air positions or production positions. Please send resume, references and examples of your work to pd@kxoj.com.

Promotions Assistants: Hourly entry level position for someone energetic and customer focused. Duties include setting up live broadcasts, organizing special events, maintaining inventory and representing the station in public settings. This is a highly organized and "muscle" position sometimes requiring heavy lifting, battling the elements and other physically demanding tasks.
